Over the past 13 years we have been very happy with the professional care and transparency in every interaction with the Service department. To me, the Service department will make or break a dealership over the course of vehicle ownership in the perception of the owner. Honda of Lincoln Service department goes a long way to make this a great dealership. We were very happy to see when we replaced our 2005 Odyssey with a 2018 that Honda of Lincoln has maintained and developed the same excellent customer experience that we have appreciated over the years especially after their ownership and name change. Also, I did not see a rating listing for the Woman that helped me with our vehicle titles otherwise I would have given her a rating of 8 stars out of 5 for her delightful and expeditious assistance with that process.
