He has taken care of us since day one 13 years ago. This trip to the dealership was seamless just like all the others. He found the perfect vehicle for us, had all the paperwork ready, took the time to explain all the details, and showed us the vehicle inside and out so we could drive away with no worries. Greg even stayed late just for us! The finance portion of the deal was very easy too! Chad Erwin had all our paperwork ready, explained the details of our deal, and was very easy to talk to. We met and worked with Greg Hoag to examine the car and prepare the details of the purchase agreement. He was easy to work with, friendly, very experienced and knowledgeable, and efficient. When it was time to talk finance, Chad Erwin was also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got the whole process completed in a few hours and were very happy with our purchase experience.
