Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Most of the times I have gone to buy a vehicle, it isn't the most comfortable experience. The salespeople are pushy or condescending, and I can't wait until I get out of there. It's not something I look forward to. My experience at Honda of Lincoln was totally different. They listened to exactly what I was looking for, and instead of trying to push me into somehting else, they kept working until I found exactly what I wanted. I was never once asked to look at a vehicle that didn't match what I said I was looking for, and if there was anything I didn't like aboout what I was looking at, they just showed me a different one, no questions asked. The negotiation phase of my vehcile purchase was extremely easy, and very transparent. There weren't any gimmicks, or smoke and mirrors, it was just "what can we do to earn your business." I really appreciated that. I drove 250 miles to buy this car, so I was glad I didn't get jerked around when I got there, but I really got a much better deal than what I was expecting. I live in a small town in southwest Nebraska, which is almost exactly in between Lincoln and Denver. I have been telling everyone since I got back to go down there to buy Hondas. We have a Honda dealer in North Platte, but the way I was treated, and the deal I got made it well worth the drive. Honda of Lincoln and Kenny Soulliere made this the best experience I've ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely buy there again, and I would recommend Honda of Lincoln to ANYONE. More
We were having trouble with fumes coming into our 2007 Honda and took it to the service department to determine the problem. The service department discovered that the dip stick was missing. After the service department reviewed our records and determined that the only place we have had our car serviced was at the Honda service department, Nate Laushman ordered a new dipstick, put it in personally the next day and at no cost to us. The fumes problem is solved. Nate's expertise and customer friendly attitude will keep us coming back and recommending the service department to others. More

My 2009 Honda Pilot was totalled in an accident that was not my fault, and I needed to replace it fairly quickly. I called Honda of Lincoln and was assisted by Mike O'Donnell. He went out of his way to look through all the inventory to help me find a Pilot with the features I wanted. We worked through the price together on the phone since I live in Omaha, and they offered me a fair value with no hassle. I was willing to make the drive to Lincoln because of the incredible service and follow-up I received. When Mike said he would check on an item and call me back, he did! When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready and just as promised. My thanks to Mr. O'Donnell for outstanding friendliness and service! I purchased a new 2012 Honda Odyssey a few months ago and I am installing the Towing package myself. I researched the internet for pricing on the parts required, both Honda parts and after market parts thro I am installing the Towing package myself. I researched the internet for pricing on the parts required, both Honda parts and after market parts through other manufacturers. I decided to go with the Honda parts. I visited the parts dept at Honda of Lincoln and I must say that the customer service was 2nd to none. I dealt with Mark, and asked him about the prices I saw online for official Honda parts and if he could come close to matching that price. He took the time to research the matter and pricing, and even consulted another gentlemen in the parts dept, Craig Cameron. Mark was able to give me a terrific price on the part. Even better was that the parts were on hand and I did not have to wait for delivery. Even after giving me the great price, they even reminded me about the instructions and printed them out for me. I feel that Mark went above and beyond in his customer service to me. I asked him what he could do for me on the price, and he did what he could to get me the best price possible, which I was greatly satisfied with. I am extremely satisfied with Honda of Lincoln. I have been a customer for years, and have always been pleased. This experience has definitely been a great one and has solidified my loyalty to working with Honda of Lincoln in the future, and to continue to recommend them to others as well. Thank you Mark. More
