I had my 2005 Honda CRV serviced for the 135,400 miles I have put on this vehicle. Dave Rose has been my go to guy for service the last two years. He is always friendly and caring for the customer. He has the service work done that needs to be and also makes suggestions for thing that will have to be done in the future. The work is always done when Dave says it will be done if not sooner. He explained to me all that was done to my vehicle and then lets me know what will be done the next time that I am in for service. To me Dave Rose has my best interest to keep my vehicle in great running order. The cost is always fair because I plan on driving this CRV for some time and know that to keep it up in good shape one needs to spend the money where the dealership has the Honda knowledge. I bought my car new from Brian in 2009. Since then when I have needed an oil change I have also had my car washed, waxed and detailed. I have always called Brian to set this up. Therefore there are more I have needed an oil change I have also had my car washed, waxed and detailed. I have always called Brian to set this up. Therefore there are more staff that do the oil change and car cleaning and I think they do a wonderful job also. When I leave the Honda lot I feel my car is safe and nice and shiny. I had a lot of dumb questions for Brian when I first bought my CRV, and he has always been very helpful in explaining things to me. I feel all the staff there are very friendly, professional and qualified. Most important I never feel like I am getting ripped off like I have at other places in the past. It's my pleasure doing business with you. More
I have never enjoyed buying a car but this was actually a FUN experience. The price for my new CRV was less than I expected to pay and the sales approach was not at all "high pressure". Our experience with Scott & Williamson in general was great. We were undecided between the Honda CR_V and the Nissan Roque. We had been in several times and looked at different Honda's, before we settl great. We were undecided between the Honda CR_V and the Nissan Roque. We had been in several times and looked at different Honda's, before we settled on the CR-V. We were never pressured by anyone at this dealership. We were just given the facts about the CRV and the information needed for us to make our own decision. After the sale, Scott went out of his way to help Julie figure out all the accessories, especially with Bluetooth and her phone. We would recommend Scott and this dealership to anyone interested in a vehicle, new or used. Also, Mr. Barr was helpful with the paper work finalization. He was friendly and did not high pressure us.
