Visited the dealership 3 times. First to assist with transportation for a relative who was taking delivery. Expressed an interest in the Ridgeline model and was introduced to Kayl First to assist with transportation for a relative who was taking delivery. Expressed an interest in the Ridgeline model and was introduced to Kaylea Ramirez. What a pro! She showed me all the features on a Ridgeline in the showroom. Explained to her I had narrowed my search to the Ridgeline vs Ford Maverick, and would need to test drive each before deciding. Next visit was for a test drive, Kaylea had worked it in between her appointments to fit my timeline. The test drives were a wash, both trucks impressed. My next visit was to take delivery of my Ridgeline the following day. The deciding factor, Kaylea Ramirez. She made the entire process not so much a chore, more of a pleasure. More

Air hose was not hooked back up correctly so vehicle idled very rough and would die after awhile. Was also told we had many oil leaks.
