Having bought my car from my dealership I would assume that a tire rotation would be free but, no it costs $21.00 + tax. No way to evaluate the quality of work done for a 105K maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spa maintenance until driven awhile. I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Williamson while visiting my mother (from Texas). Upon arrival I was given an estimate of wait time, which the service team met almost to the minute. I also had my infant daughter with me, and team members were very solicitous about assisting me with her car seat, opening doors for me and ensuring I made it to the customer lounge. The staff at Honda greeted me promptly when I pulled up for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. A staff member than came in and said the wiper blades could be replaced and got for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. Snacks, water, and magazines or the tv kept me occupied. I didn't bring my coupon with me but they did give me a few dollars off my oil change. Everything seemed to go well. More
