Unfortunately, right around the time I began contacting Lisle Honda, I suffered an unexpected loss in my immediate family. During such a difficult time, the last thing I could or wanted to think about was my car lease. I worked with Bob, the internet sales manager, and he went above and beyond to help me out. I told him about my situation, and how I was traveling between Lisle and Norther IL to be with my parents. Without hesitation, Bob immediately went to work to help me out. Bob went above and beyond to make the process of turning in and starting a new lease as completely effortless as possible. He went so far as to take care of all the paperwork before I came in so all I had to do was quite literally 'sign and drive'. Bob set me up with an excellent salesman, Tony, who was so incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgable. Bob and Tony took this leasing task off my plate. They took care of every detail for me, during a time where my brain was preoccupied with other matters. I never once felt confused or overwhelmed and I have absolute trust that they did everything in their powers to find me the best deal and vehicle possible. I am so pleased with my new car and my leasing terms. I can't express my appreciation and gratitude enough, and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and simple human kindness. I will be a Honda of Lisle customer for life after this experience. More

Great First Car Buying Experience I'm not completely new to the world of car buying and dealership experiences. I learned from my parents over the years on how to shop for the right ca I'm not completely new to the world of car buying and dealership experiences. I learned from my parents over the years on how to shop for the right car, the right deal, and the right finance. The first couple of dealerships I went to tried to pressure me into something I couldn't afford or strongarm me on a deal and play the typical dealership games. Honda Superstore of Lisle changed that experience for me the minute I walked in the door. I had the pleasure of working with Manny who had the vehicle I was interested in ready and waiting for a test drive. Manny was kind enough to let my mechanic inspect the vehicle before deciding on the purchase. No rush, no games, and I drove off the lot the next day in a great vehicle. To a first-time car buyer, I would recommend this dealership simply because of the honesty that they showed. This dealership knew I was a first-time car buyer and they didn't try to pressure me into a decision I would later regret which was a common theme that I noticed with other dealerships I dealt with.
