That’s the reason I came in to this dealer. when I walk in the show room I knew what I wanted, have my credit approved beforehand and I knew what I wanted to spend. Salesman showed lock on interest about selling a car, didn’t spend enough time explaining to my wife and I everything about the vehicle we were looking at, it was all rushed. Finance manager was the same way, all rushed. He just started to ask me to sign here and there before going thru all the financial details. when I said that I wanted to put more money down and paid some accessories in full he got an attitude because he was going to re- do some paper work. Bad experience, they need to improve their customer service and spend more time to explain everything to their customers for a big purchase like this. More
