We received an on-line price that included destination charges and was the same if you took their financing, used your own or paid cash. Overall, the price was just what I expected to pay, actually even slightly lower. Now, I love the NO HAGGLING process of buying the car. I hate the back and forth haggling, salesman making fake trips to the manager etc. We walked out of two dealers in previous years just because of this (with them running after us, shouting different quotes - seriously). The experience at Honda of Lisle was great, very friendly and relaxed service. The whole process was quick, overall an excellent buying experience - honestly. Our car came loaded and it is a dream to drive. More

My wife and I brought our Cr-V here for a part recall and in the process of installing the replacement part the service department damaged our vehicle My wife and I brought our Cr-V here for a part recall and in the process of installing the replacement part the service department damaged our vehicle. When we called their attention to the damage, they proceeded to put us through a classic, month-long game of run around. Which included a host of downright contradictions and poor communications before they denied responsibility for the damage. Its also worth mentioning that my family and I have been bringing our vehicles to this location for over 15 years. Based on reviews we found on Yelp and Facebook, I guess they don't care about their reputation and maybe we've been dodging bullets all along. Nonetheless, we will be spreading the word with our families, friends and colleagues. Anyway, very unethical car dealership!!! Be very wary!!
