Ahmed was very helpful and good with explaining things. I was told that the dealership was short handed that night but a wait of over two hours was unacceptable. The cynical side of me felt that this excuse was xx and it was nothing more than a negotiating tactic to wear me and my wife down so that we would purchase a service package, I didn't ding your rating because I've been a customer of this dealer ship for over 23 years and have been treated fairly.
