He was very pleasant, asking many questions to understand my vehicle interest, and facilitated a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Once I was sure of the car I wanted to purchase, both he and Frank Maiorino went above and beyond to locate a vehicle with the specific color I desired and get it ready for me to drive home that very evening.
