I will refrain from detailed, negative comments, since it serves really no purpose at this point, The bottomline is: Jay Jay got involved, listened, responded accordingly, worked with us to make the deal work. Then, another pleasant experience through the finance process with Ramy. Then, casual discussions with Mike, he interjected perspective that was very helpful.
