We went to the Honda dealership and was welcomed and enthusiastically helped by Chris, who showed us the vehicle and clearly explained all the features of the Pilot. After letting us drive around and experience how easy and comfortable the car is, Chris facilitated the paper works. Ovi clearly explained the finance side and facilitated also the paper work such that we were able to drive out with the new car in just a few hours. More

He was not aggressive in his technique, and by the end of our visit I was more than satisfied that he had given us a great deal. I have been turned off in the past by dealerships who take hours to actually "sell" the car, only to hand you over to the "financial" person so negotiate a good price, which adds additional hours of negotiation. Overall, this car-buying experience was painless, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a good price. More
