Superior salesman to superior Service Department We were searching for a used minivan and found what we ere looking for at Honda of Ocala via the internet. We were teamed up with Thomas Tuttle of the We were searching for a used minivan and found what we ere looking for at Honda of Ocala via the internet. We were teamed up with Thomas Tuttle of their internet sales team upon arrival at the dealership. He had the 2015 Toyota Sienna ready and waiting for our test drive and review. Thomas did everything and more to make sure that our experience with Honda of Ocala was exceptional. We test drove the car agreed it was what we wanted and that's when Thomas went into high gear, the sale was moved to the next step in which we found out that our leased Dodge could just be dropped of at the local Dodge dealership and we could drive our new purchase home. Thomas went to the Dodge dealer with me, found we needed the 2nd key to successfully turn in the vehicle so he arranged to follow us home get the key then return it to the Dodge dealer, saving us a 30 mile return trip. There was some minor issues with the interior seats which were expertly and professionally taken care of by Ricky Carpenter and Rob Young. In over fifty years of buying new and used vehicles we have never experienced such a knowledgeable, professional team. Honda of Ocala should be very proud to have such a great team that knows how to help a customer through their purchase and or service. Wish I could rate this team above a 5 but since I can't let me at least say, they are a 10 in our book. More

Then last Friday we saw online a Honda sales event where the car model we desire was offered at an unbelievably low price. We went to the Honda dealership and was welcomed and enthusiastically helped by Chris, who showed us the vehicle and clearly explained all the features of the Pilot. After letting us drive around and experience how easy and comfortable the car is, Chris facilitated the paper works. Ovi clearly explained the finance side and facilitated also the paper work such that we were able to drive out with the new car in just a few hours. More
