Professional I had not purchased a car in the past 11 years (bought a used Odyssey with 100k miles and put another 100k miles on it). After searching around for a new Odyssey, I found what seemed to be a good price in Ocala. I arranged a visit since I live an hour away. The day before I drove to the dealership, Frank produced a nice video preview of the car. After arriving and working with him I found him to be informative and professional. A very patient and clear communicator. After answering all of our questions and demonstrating all of the vehicle's technology, we decided to buy it. The experience was pleasant and smooth. The only mistake came at the end regarding insurance. He said we didn't need to add the car to my insurance policy right away and that we had something like 7 days. That didn't seem right. After calling my insurer, it was confirmed that at least with them I needed to add the car to the policy before driving back in order to protect it, which I did quickly. The other random employees I observed and overheard also seemed to be quite profession. All in all it was a good experience. I highly recommend this Honda dealership in general and Frank Maiorino in particular. More

A no pressure dealership. Thomas Tuttle who is one of the internet sales people has a very relaxed approach when he was spending time with me and my selection and featured the Thomas Tuttle who is one of the internet sales people has a very relaxed approach when he was spending time with me and my selection and featured the car and in all communications from our first meeting and now after the sale. He wasn't out in the lot prowling and ready to pounce on potential customers as is the custom for other dealers. At our first meeting he didn't inquire if I had a trade as well as my personal information for future pestering opportunities all the while formulating a shell game plan in his mind. Being a single female it can be quite intimidating shopping for a car at dealerships by myself. The internet price is the price and the dealer's fees were all listed on all paperwork. No games, no "let me run this number by my boss" which is akin to shooting fish in a barrel. My purchase was for a certified used vehicle and I am very relieved to know I have a warranty for seven years for anything which goes wrong, as I have been dumping thousands of dollars in my older vehicle over the years and in this age of electronics, repairs can be expensive. I also researched the dealer ratings before I went to Honda of Ocala and their ratings are excellent. I was surprised at the amount of customers there. There were many positive ratings and those ratings mean the difference whether I visit the dealer or not. Great experience, wonderful used car and a better warranty. Will be a repeat customer as well as recommend the dealer and Thomas in particular. More

I was told that my car would be ready within the hour and it was ready very quickly (within the time specified). This works very well for a person who cannot sit up too long or for a Senior. I would recommend Honda of Ocala's Service Department. In addition to the complimentary oil change (for me as a new consumer), they gave me a voucher for a complimentary lunch on the premises.
