This dealership recieved a #5 rating from my wife and I. Right from the time we pulled into the parking lot, to when we took the new Honda CRV off the lot, we felt comfortable and at ease. I really liked the way Brandon guided us thru the kind of options we were looking for. We ended up driving thru the lot looking at CRV's until we found the one we really liked. My wife liked the cup of coffee that Brandon supplied. There wasnt much that he was not willing to do for us. He answered all our questions, made a few lame jokes that were funny, and laughed at my lame jokes also. When it came time to talk price, I loved the fact that there was no high pressure sales tactics! We were able to come to an agreement on a price that I was comfortable with, as my wife and I had pretty much determined how much we wanted to pay for the CRV. I am looking forward to the after the sale and what happens when I take the CRV in for service, I really do expect more of the same positve attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Next, he ask what type of vehicle we were interested in seeing. Once we established our desires, he began to show us all the vehicles we requested. What was nice he drove us around the lot to view the vehicles. My wife has a fractured vertbrae and it made it easier on her, which we appreciated. We received a free lunch which was nice.
