Unresponsive, broken system I tried on three occasions to get an estimate for some service work. I never received a text, phone call, or email from anyone. I did, however, receive multiple notices of the upcoming appointment, and I receive sporadic emails saying the dealership misses me and offers for coupons. More

I love Honda of Ocala and we have bought several cars from them. My dealer, Casey Doyle, was absolutely phenomenal. He deserves all 5 stars! He was easy to talk to, and understanding of our situation. He was very sympathetic and sold cars the right way. He was a "customer-first" type person. There is nothing bad I could say about him. He went above and beyond showing me everything I needed to know about my new car. It is no surprise he lead this month in sales among other dealers. The other members of the sales team and management (John Simms) was also phenomenal. However, we had a run-in with a sales manager named Zach. He was bashful and disrespectful when we were discussing numbers. His approach to our table was fast and arrogant with no means to negotiate. He had a plan to verbally bash us and get his point across rather than calmly discuss other options. Had it not been for Casey's excellent character, we were going to walk out on that sale. Zach almost lost that sale for Casey by himself. It is amazing to me that someone would treat a customer that way. That does not meet the Honda standard we are used to. Besides that run in with Zach, our experience was still fantastic and we will most likely buy more cars from them and Casey in the future. More

So you can argue the price with him. The only painful area is seeing the finance person who tries to sell you every insurance product they have. I had no intention of purchasing any insurance product at this time only because I purchased one on my 2017 CR-V that I also traded in. It was for seven years. I just want it rolled over to my new purchase, which they did. With everything considered it was a positive experience. Also Alex was able to obtain the CR-V I wanted from another dealer in Tampa. More
