Went in for oil change started home and car started smoking had to wait 2 hrs for tow truck all iol had blowed out all they did was replace oil and filter and sent me on my way now I am scared to go on smoking had to wait 2 hrs for tow truck all iol had blowed out all they did was replace oil and filter and sent me on my way now I am scared to go on any long trip was scheduled to go to ky so I had to cancel my trip they offered me a free oil change to compensate there is no way I would let them change my oil again More

Having 3 young children that would not want to sit at a dealership for a car purchase/lease, I was very appreciative that the manager Zach did not hassle me to come in "before we could discuss any numbers" dealership for a car purchase/lease, I was very appreciative that the manager Zach did not hassle me to come in "before we could discuss any numbers". I wish the dealer had mentioned the additional package fees and dealership fees (about $3K) in the description in the spirit of transparency to know the total price to buy. Went in for oil change. Tire rotation. Auto butler application. Appointment was at 11:30.. got there 11:15. Never left until 4:45. Terrible experience. Kept getting another Tire rotation.
