I am not happy with the sales experience. The sales person (Frank / Chris) did not explain to me the car features. I used the car for a week and discovered that it would not work for me. Wh The sales person (Frank / Chris) did not explain to me the car features. I used the car for a week and discovered that it would not work for me. When I called to have this issue corrected... I was told that it was too late, that I only had 3 days to exchange the car if I was not happy. I was never told that I had 3 days to exchange. The car sat in my driveway for a week before I even drove it... If I knew, I would have taken it for a drive and discover all the issues. I returned to the dealership to try to fix this issue. I thought you would want to keep me as a customer and would work with me... But No... I found a car that would work better for me and your sales team refused to negotiate with me.. I only ask for 1,000 dollar discount on the car. But I was told No... I am a customer about to buy 2 vehicles in the next year and you will not give me a 1,000 discount on a car... REALLY !!! Not good business senses. More
