I needed to get my yearly inspection on my Honda HRV. Unfortunately the two times I brought it to my regular mechanic I was told that my car wasn't ready for inspection and it failed two components. Their solution was to drive it at different speeds to clear the computer. I decided to bring it to my dealer, Honda on Hylan Boulevard. My technician, Simone Rivera, seeing my difficulties ( I was getting close to the expiration date for my inspection) and suggested that Honda would drive my car until the it was ready to pass all the key components. She was a real lifesaver! The car was done in no time and even though I had to pay for the service, it was worth me not losing time and energy myself. More

I went on on 5/24/2022. It was my Birthday. The car I came to buy was unfortunately sold so my options were narrowed down but Mr Darien Perez gave me a good perspective on a It was my Birthday. Pretty much a no nonsense experience. Down to earth and realistic which is very much appreciated. I left a deposit as it was in transit and waited for my vehicle to be delivered. Got the call on June 7th and came to pick it up on June 8th. Working with the Finance manager Paul Aguilar was also a very smooth experience. Straight up and to the point. In a little over 2 hours I was driving off with my Brand New 2022 White Honda CRV Touring Edition and I couldn't be happier. And just for the record, I do not give out accolades to just anyone. Most people just do their jobs but there are some people out there that actually want to do things the right way. Went in to lease a Pilot and had an advertised lease deal from Honda.com in hand. I have leased several cars from this dealer but was told on this occasion that they had the car in stock but would not honor from Honda.com in hand. I have been doing with this Honda dealership for around 15 years now. I have only had one bad experience there and they have since let that person go. I always deal with Raymund and he is always profession 15 years now. I have only had one bad experience there and they have since let that person go.
