On arrival we were greeted at the front desk and Kameel introduced us to Valerie, our product specialist for the evening. Valerie took us for a test drive and got down to business once we got back. We came in with a pretty well formed idea of which car model and trim level we wanted and Valerie didn’t waste any time asking us questions that were not relevant or trying to sell us a car we were not interested in. My wife was sick at the time with a cold and Valerie was very hospitable and offered her hot tea. She made us feel very comfortable and excited about the idea of driving a vehicle home that evening. Lucky for us she got right down to business and we were able to finalize the deal. Valerie stayed late to get the job done and we appreciate her hospitality and no nonsense approach.
