Service rep: ok sir, it should be ready in about 2hrs, because we are backed up. Me: yikes! Super helpful and generous with time! Started at the BMW dealer in Tenefly, stopped at the Honda dealer to check out Accords, but they wound up having the exact BMW I was looking for.
