I love my car; however, it's nearly 10 years old, and in this economy, every time I need to get it serviced, I feel anxious and fearful about the cost and craziness of any repair. I knew coming in, this time around I would have a huge bill to settle, and Clara not only walked me through the possibilities and solutions but found out my repair was mostly covered through a recall, and even when I needed a new battery, she helped to find ways for me to shoulder all these costs. She always has a warm smile, and she genuinely makes me feel like she is my personal car angel who makes a seemingly insurmountable issue because a just and right solution. More
