Several years ago I had a very bad experience with then South Shore Honda and communicated same with Honda. I have to say that this experience, forced though it was as I had no intention of ever going back South Shore Honda and communicated same with Honda. I have to say that this experience, forced though it was as I had no intention of ever going back, was wonderful and a complete 180 degree turnaround. i only had first oil change ( sales man told me that it will be free but i paid ) other two things i asked to check were - starter was not working ( 2nd key was in the car and i was told that was a reason will be free but i paid ) other two things i asked to check were - starter was not working ( 2nd key was in the car and i was told that was a reason and side rear mirror was not turning down ( Mirror switch was in middle ) for these simple things i waited 5 hours.............. NOT HAPPY AT ALL with service guy who helped me / zero patience - very un friendly More

What a pleasure it was dealing with Jessica from Honda of Valley Stream!! I emailed her to make an appt and she was more than accommodating. I met her at the dealership and she showed me the 2021 HR-V, which Valley Stream!! I emailed her to make an appt and she was more than accommodating. I met her at the dealership and she showed me the 2021 HR-V, which I was interested in. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle & answered all my questions. When it came time to talk $$$, Jessica & her manager worked with me to ensure I was able to stay within my budget. We had a deal!! Two days later, I was driving my gorgeous, new 2021 HR-V Sport - and I love it!! This is my first Honda & my first time going to Honda of Valley Stream & I would highly recommend them to family & friends for their knowledge, professionalism & willingness to make their customers happy.
