First, when I made my appointment online I said I wanted to but when I got to the dealership I was told it would take 4-5 hours. Then I get a phone call saying my car would have to stay overnight and get i to but when I got to the dealership I was told it would take 4-5 hours. The next I got a phone call saying my car was done and that I would be given a free car wash for the inconvenience. When I got to pick up my car it was not washed.
