Sent a text about recommended repairs but they never called me to go over it and explain them. I spent alot of money and they should have thrown it some free little repairs or given me a discount. Made an 2 pm appointment for the free maintanace for my 2024 Passport. Everyone that came after me got their car back and i was the only one left in the shop. Finally got the car at 4:30 pm.
