Honda of Valley Stream responded

When we service a vehicle we check the tire condition, wear pattern, and thread life left. If an object is puncturing the tire we notify the customer and suggest repair or replacement. At the time of service this wasn't the case. However, when you came back in weeks after servicing the vehicle, your left rear tire had an obvious nail stuck on its sidewall that was shown to you upon arrival. As for the several excessive phone hold times, it is not our normal. Please contact our assistant service manager, Tony Vicente, at 516-285-6655, ext. 126, so we can trace it. Thank you.
