Ridgeline mileage minder notified me of service upcoming - B1 service. Made appointment online, very convenient. Ms Williams was ready for my check in time. We discussed the items to be addressed approximately when service was to be completed. I asked a number of questions which she answered for me regarding previous service items. She contacted me while the truck was being serviced and itemized several items that should be addressed and confirmed the specific items that were being completed at this time. Service was completed and I was advised when it was available to be picked up. Very pleased with the service, pricing was acceptable and Ms Williams did a good job. More

Eric helped me understand the breakdown of the suggested services and helped me prioritize to get my car up and running again. I appreciated that he took the time to test drive my car to hear the sound it w services and helped me prioritize to get my car up and running again. I appreciated that he took the time to test drive my car to hear the sound it was making and going the extra mile by following up with me by text about ordering the part needed to fix my car. The waiting room chairs were really nice and a big screen tv to watch made the waiting more enjoyable than other places. The option to have a shuttle to a nearby location was great as well. More
