We visited multiple dealerships on Saturday and were met by pushy salesmen. When we got to Honda of the avenues, Jeff greeted us and let us kind of find our way towards what we were looking for. I called and verified the service department would be open on Veterans Day. They said yes I told them I needed B1 service according to my car and headed out. I had made an appointment at a different dealer for this same issue previously. Had that appointment a week in advance (and left the car with them all day 8+ hours) they didn’t even look at the vehicle. I b same issue previously.
