2018 Honda Accord I had our Acura in for scheduled service and had asked Josh Strodel if he would ask Rev Leroy Love to give me a call. Josh contacted Rev Love and he g I had our Acura in for scheduled service and had asked Josh Strodel if he would ask Rev Leroy Love to give me a call. Josh contacted Rev Love and he gave me a call. I told him that we were considering purchasing a new car and that I had seen a light gold Accord on the lot and would like to look at the car. Rev Love stated that he was going to lunch but would wait on my wife and myself before going to eat. As it turned out, the car was an entry model that lacked the equipment my wife wanted on the car. Rev Love did a check of his inventory and found an Accord with the same equipment she had on the Acura. Rev Love presented us with several purchase options and explained the pros and cons of each based on our driving habits. We picked our option. After the various documents were signed, Rev Love explained each feature of the car and assisted us in pairing our cell phones to the communication unit of the car. He, also, called to see if we had any issues after we left the lot. We have purchased two cars from Rev Love and would buy another from him. I think my wife summed up our feelings toward Honda of the Avenues when she said, "I'd feel safe coming down here for service from Josh or to discuss the car with Rev Love." More

Josh Strodel, our usual contact person for service, arranged for me to have an appointment that was compatible with my schedule. He notified me of the tech's findings after the service was complete. While I was waiting for the service to be performed, I looked around the lot to see what new cars were avaliable. Rev Leroy Love was in a sales meeting and I asked Josh if he would have Rev Love to give me a call. Rev Love called about thirty minutes later and I set up an appointment for my wife and me to discuss a car I had seen on the lot. We met with Rev Love who offered us another car with more equipment at about the same price of the car I had chosen. We purchased the car Rev Love offered. My wife stated our feelings toward Honda of the Avenues when see said, " I'd come down here br myself." The statement reflected the empathy, sincerity and honesty exhibited by both Josh Strodel and Rev Leroy Love. More
