Took my daughter's car there for an oil change and dealt with John. First of all John lied to my daughter about pricing then when my daughter asked questions John was rude to her. My wife called to ask abou with John. First of all John lied to my daughter about pricing then when my daughter asked questions John was rude to her. I did not like no one seemed to mention that when I purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitud purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitude towards it at the beginning was not helpful. The fact also the car had major marks on it after the car wash and no one noticed until I said something was another negative. The experience should be better and I hope someone gets with John and the managers with me to discuss what was said during my car deal. That needs to be honored. More
