I called and scheduled an oil change appointment a few days before I took my car in. The person I spoke with on the phone, however, failed to record my appointment, so I showed up to the service center. T days before I took my car in. The oil change took longer than they said and they then had a subsequent diagnosis that also took longer than they said. All told, I spent almost 5 hours at the dealership. Thankfully they gave me a break on the oil change pricing. More

My vehicle has a safety recall. When they told me my car is technically unsafe to drive, I asked what to do about this, the response was “drive less”.
