Wait time for service, even with appointment, seems excessively long (over 2 hours for me). Also, my quote for work that was needed was not accurate. At least Paula did call me with the correct information. However, at a $300 increase it was rather disappointing. Not Paula's fault since all parts info did not come across from Parts Department, not sure why. Paula was great and very helpful. I will definitely ask for her in the future. More
