Eric was perfectly friendly and my service was completed quickly, even without an appointment. I take issue with the fact that they tried to upsell me on replacing my brake and transmission fluid at 30k mil quickly, even without an appointment. I take issue with the fact that they tried to upsell me on replacing my brake and transmission fluid at 30k miles. The Honda website (for the exact model of my vehicle) says these only need to be changed at 90k miles and 50k miles, respectively. The cost, had I agreed, would have been several hundred dollars (which people don't often expect to pay when bringing in their vehicle for a simple oil change). It seems like they are preying on people who don't appear to know much about cars or do their research on proper maintenance. It's just gross. My husband actually called the GM (his cell phone number was posted in response to a review expressing concern over the same issue I experienced) to voice his concern, and he never received a call back. We would have continued using this dealership for routine maintenance for the life of the vehicle, but after this, we won't be back. More
