The service person I was assigned wasn’t there. When I was directed to the express service center. It took over two hours to get basic maintenance done on my car when I had an appointment. I had to wait a half hour before being helped for a tire service I had an appointment for. Paula saved the day by stepping up to help me. Service was done in a reasonable time. The rep was excellent, the waiting area was clean and amenities provided was appreciated. When I'm quoted a price for brake fluid flush of $151.95, I would have wanted all costs quoted initially. In the end I was billed $165.37 with a $15.00 off service coupon. That is deceptive. Overall I'm not happy with Honda service prices in general. I've owned a Honda since 2005. I probably will definitely consider others manufactures in the future. More

I took my car in for routine maintenance and new tires. Eric was super to explain to me what I needed and help select a new set of tires.
