Charged for tire rotation and balance BUT you may or may not get it! Techs say they did it but if you don't mark the tires, you don't know if it's done or not. 4 times I have been to this dealership and not get it! Techs say they did it but if you don't mark the tires, you don't know if it's done or not. 4 times I have been to this dealership and each time I found they haven't done what I'm paying them to do. Each time I have to go tell the service advisor and make them take back my car back to shop and do what should have been done the first time. The service advisors insist the tire rotation was done but when I tell about the marking of tires, they are dumbfounded. I know it's not the service advisor's fault. The service advisor could be proactive about what needs to be done or doesn't need to be done or what has been done already by simply checking their computer. For example, I took my car in for service and the service advisor said I had to get the transmission fiuld changed. I had this done previously. The service advisor didn't bother to check the system before recommending it be done again unnecessarily. Sorry but no extra money for the dealership... I have my doubts about this dealership., if they'll try to screw me over on the little things, what else will they do??? More

I was surprised by the express service and the update took less time than expected. I really enjoyed being able to book my appointment online although when I tried to modify it, it froze/ would T allow m took less time than expected.
