Bobby Howard was very cordial and knowledgeable. We felt he took care of us and our Honda CRV. Came in because of check engine light came on plus needed an oil change. To diagnose my check engine light it cost me $160 (just to figure out the problem, not to fix) then apparently my Honda needed some ty an oil change. To diagnose my check engine light it cost me $160 (just to figure out the problem, not to fix) then apparently my Honda needed some type of computer upgrade which was going to be additional $50 (needed done in order to diagnose or so I was told). After all was said and done they couldn’t find anything wrong. So essentially paid over $300 for an oil change since that was the only actual thing done to my vehicle. The cost is ridiculous and since nothing was wrong I should’ve been given some money off. More
