We left our car at the dealership because the convertible top had stopped working and we knew that a replacement part would have to be ordered. A week later I was not able to get through the service dept. li top had stopped working and we knew that a replacement part would have to be ordered. To my surprise, the part had arrived and the car was almost ready to be picked up, but Jeff Huang was going crazy because one person had left and another was out sick.
