The car was new and we are happy but the KIA website calculator is inaccurate for payments All in all we are satisfied Thanks Barbara P.S. Wayne in the finance department had a palpable and even pleasant demeanor as well. We appreciate his advice, even if it was a tactical upsell. We did add the basic maintenance package because he was thorough in his explanation while attempting to be contrite. More

Barbara, Matthew, Sean and the team we’re incredible Just bought a new Telluride. From the very start Barbara made me feel a part of the family, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I visited the showroom with the thought of a test drive I had no plans to purchase a car that day, as I just assumed I would need to do a private sale of mine; Matt presented a final offer that far exceeded I had no plans to purchase a car that day, as I just assumed I would need to do a private sale of mine; Matt presented a final offer that far exceeded my expectations.
