After my tires were rotated the wheel covers were not put back on correctly!!! Broken and unable to be fixed!!!! I called and per Angel no manager or supervisor available. Told her the problem and she says s back on correctly!!! Broken and unable to be fixed!!!! I called and per Angel no manager or supervisor available. Told her the problem and she says she would let them know. No one called and they do not care!!!! This was the second time! I promise it will NOT be a third time!! How hard is it to do your job or own your responsibility in it!!! I am diligent to keep my car serviced and take excellent care of my vehicles! I have bought 4 brand new vehicles there. It used to have excellent service. They will never have to hear from me again. So disappointed!!!! More
