I am sorry that your purchase experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to deliver excellent customer service and what you describe falls short. You must concede that there were many 'moving parts' to your deal: vehicle in one state, customer residency in another state and the lender in a third state. Our multiple dealer personnel were interacting with multiple parties to ensure accuracy of documentation. There were several obstacles to clear during the process, but ultimately you were able to purchase your desired vehicle and arrange its delivery to you. Again, I am sorry that you feel we did not value or appreciate your business. I also have called you, but your number had no mechanism by which to leave a voicemail.
