Came in and needed help with a possible recall. Didn’t want to listen to my concerns or look at the recall paper I had. Pretty much came off like they knew everything. Got my car back with no work done because they wouldn’t hear me out when I initially brought it in. And when I called to let them know, it was basically implied that it was my fault for not making someone aware. Maybe if they were a little more receptive to customer concerns I would’ve been serviced. I ended up going to pep boys and the issue was fixed the same day and the paper I had was for reimbursement for when it got fixed. Zero stars for customer service and zero stars for the damage control afterwards! More
