Went to pick up my car after service and it was substantially more than what was quoted when I dropped it off, because they said my Palisade used 2 extra quarts of oil. It was in the small print, b substantially more than what was quoted when I dropped it off, because they said my Palisade used 2 extra quarts of oil. It was in the small print, but was not pointed out. Service price is too high, even after a $5 coupon I had. I’m buying a new car soon, but it won’t be another Hyundai. I feel like customer service is down and prices are up, especially since the moved to the new dealership. More
