Staff is pleasant but not very attentive. My 16 month old car (with under 13,000 miles) was recently towed in to the dealer. It had not been driven in a month. The battery was dead and needed to be replaced (under warranty) it still took about three hours to replace. Why? I had to walk to the counter every 20-30 minutes to find out what was going on. More
