BEN … was AMAZING from start to finish. I purchased my daughter her first vehicle for her 16th birthday. I text Ben unaware it was his day off and he was on top of it immediately. The service dept/ sales managers/ finance team assisted us above and beyond any type of customer service I have ever experienced. They arranged for loaner vehicle and brought it from St. Augustine to Yulee , while we made the decision to move forward will purchasing her a new car. Ben drove all the way from St. Augustine to my home to finish the sale and paperwork. The communication, value for my time and compassion/ understanding that daughter’s safety was priority to me was more then I could asked for. The best car buying experience I have received!!! More

It was my first time there and I was very impressed. We were attended to as soon as we arrived and shown inside to get comfortable while the car was being serviced. We were told the service on our car was complete, papers were signed, and we were escorted to our car. We were asked to look things over (i.e., the seat was as we left it) while the car was finished being wiped down. We were thoroughly pleased with our service. More
