This ve Recently purchased a Palisade Limited from Jermaine Alvarez at Hyundai of St. Augustine and drove home very satisfied with the whole process. This vehicle was in short supply across the US, but Jermaine was able to secure us an incoming vehicle with a small deposit to be delivered approx. 1 month from initial agreement. Jermaine is one of the most fair, straight and customer-focused salespersons I've had the pleasure to work with. We originally wanted a trim/color combo his dealership would not receive, and he didn't pressure us to try and grab whatever he had coming in. We had a terrible "bate and switch" experience with Hyundai of Ocala on what we first were looking for, but ended up returning to Jermaine and going with one of the vehicles he had coming in. Jermaine's price was extremely fair as well and he worked with us on a little more wiggle room for discounts! Other dealerships dared to justify a "scarcity" markup over MSRP! He kept regular communication with us while the vehicle was in transit and helped us get it and get out the day it arrived. Tony in the Finance office was also courteous and professional. We chose an extra option that made sense for us, refused the rest, and nothing else was pushed on us. This is a solid team to work with on your new car purchase, thank you guys! More

Best car buying experience ever, and a great car I just purchased my Genesis G70 3.3T Prestige from Genesis of St. Augustine. I have done quite a bit of research to determine what car I wanted, and t I just purchased my Genesis G70 3.3T Prestige from Genesis of St. Augustine. I have done quite a bit of research to determine what car I wanted, and the combination of features and cost led me to the Genesis G 70, over an Alpha Giulia or Audi A4. This was without question the most straightforward and least stressful car buying experience that I have ever had. It started when I contacted them to check on inventory. I was connected with Michael Early, and he was very attentive. He indicated that he had the vehicle that I wanted, and we set an appointment for a test drive. As promised, the vehicle was waiting for me to drive. During our test drive, we covered a lot of bases, and Michael pointed out many features of the car. In comfort and sport mode, you have two very different driving experiences, both top notch. When we returned, Michael went through all the features of the vehicle. He did a very thorough job. We then proceeded to the part we all dread, the negotiation. I had a trade, and indicated to Michael what I felt the value should be. This process was very easy: the sales manager, Jimmy, was very accommodating. We agreed on a trade value, and a price for the car, shook hands, and we were done. Could not have been smoother, and I believe I was treated fairly and respectfully. While they prepped the car, I went out for a bit to eat. I returned, did the paperwork, and was on my way. Couldn't ask for a better experience from the entire Genesis at St. Augustine team. I highly recommend this dealership. And if the car continues as it is today, it will be a home run. More
