Paul was very rude Paul lied to me and was very deceitful he tried to use scare tactics to rush me. He lied to me and was not helpful at all. I was ready to buy a vehicle and was trying to work out numbers and he tried to play me. He rubbed me the wrong making it very obvious that he was lying. Then had the nerve to raise the price of the vehicle. The dealership is probably very nice but he makes them look very bad. I hope he does not bully or scare someone into a deal that is not good. Very insulting when they make it obvious they are lying to you. I was very serious about buying the vehicle. More

We ended up working with two associates (because we went back the next day to seal the deal) Justin and Leon were both calm, well informed and welcoming. Neither of them ever made us feel pressured to make any decision. The managers were also just as welcoming and very involved in our experience. We will be recommending St. Augustine Hyundai to all of our friends and family! More
