Her attention to explaining and showing car options to the buyer is just excellent. She has exceptional follow through during the purchase and after the purchase. She even took us to the service department so we could have our follow up maintenance performed when needed. When we took a test drive she explained every option on the car and showed us how they work. She told us to come in if we have any trouble in operating any function on the car and she would make sure we learn how to use them before we leave the dealership. She is a very excellent sales person and this dealership is very lucky to have her. More

Eddie your finance man however was very cold, and almost rude. Needles to say my experience with Hyundai would have been horrible if not for Shawn. Maybe Eddie was having a bad day or maybe this is how he treats your customers? Id suggest putting him in the back away from ruining the experience of purchasing a car which is stressful enough.
