Very unhappy! We were told by the salesman, Paul Smathers, that turning in our 2013 lease one month before the lease was up would not be a problem. He told us that he would make the last car payment "go away." With that in mind, we leased a new 2016. We were extremely surprised when we got a bill for the last month's payment. When I called Paul about this, he was extremely unhelpful and denied telling us this. If he had been honest with us, we would have waited one more month to turn in the lease. Because of his untruthfulness, we were stuck making 2 car payments in one month. One car payment was for the car that we no longer had!!!!! We will never do business with him again! More
