Great Service. I called the St. Augustine dealership because they had the only car in Florida that my wife wanted. (2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Ultimate Tech Pkg 2. I called the St. Augustine dealership because they had the only car in Florida that my wife wanted. (2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Ultimate Tech Pkg 2.0T, mineral gray, with gray interior). We had negotiated a deal (a 2 1/2 hr process) the week before with a Sarasota dealer but they couldn't deliver the car that they promised. Kiana Needham answered the phone when I called. She checked her inventory and confirmed that the car was still available for sale. We discussed an outline of a deal for a few minutes. She talked withher Sales Mgr., Jimmy Feliciano, for a few more minutes and came back to me with a deal that was better than the one we agreed to in Sarasota. The whole process took about 30 minutes. The car was delivered to us 2 days later in Nokomis Fl. My wife loves her new SUV and I also think it's a super nice vehicle. This is the 5th Hyundai we have owned and we will be contacting St. Augustine Hyundai the next time we are ready to buy a new car because of the quality service provided by Kiana and Jimmy. More

I had never gone into a Hyundai dealership before, however, we were looking for a car for my son and after checking several different car deals, they I had never gone into a Hyundai dealership before, however, we were looking for a car for my son and after checking several different car deals, they seemed to have the best one. Even though my husband and I were purchasing the vehicle, they treated my son respectfully, shared with him all the pertinent information necessary for him to make a informed decision. Kiana reached out to us and kept us informed of the vehicle we were looking for via email and text and gave us a friendly greeting once we finally were able to arrive to the dealership. Our salesperson, Jose, was a cool, calm, and collective individual. He didn't rush us into anything, and he asked the right questions to help us determine what was most important to us. He helped up meet our price and other demands. We never buy a used car without getting it checked out by an independent mechanic and at first we were told we wouldn't be able too b/c of liability reasons of us driving there, but in the end they worked it out and Jose went with us and everything checked out fine! I recommend AMG if you decide to do this, they were priced well and worked fast! During the final stage of the car buying process, the staff there answered all my questions and didn't seem to get impatient with me as I like to and have a habit of looking over each contract carefully and making sure I understand everything before signing. In the end, I feel we got a great car at a great price with excellent customer service! Thanks to Jose and the Hyundai crew! More
