The test drive went awesome. He casually highlighted every feature of the car (a used 2014 Hyundai Sonata). Once we got back to the dealership, he was happy to answer any questions and show other vehicles (as I was a big flexible in my spending). I honestly believe Mike put me in the best car for my needs without overcharging. It was easy for the both of us to reach the number we had in mind, and for that I thank him. We were able to do all of this via email and when I came in it was just a matter of filling out paperwork and securing the financing. Before I knew it, Richard was going over all of the impressive features of the car, and I was on my way. The financing portion with Eddie Brooks was presented in a clear and concise manner that was not only understandable, but I felt very satisfied that I had not only made the right choice in my selection of a dealership, but that I got an excellent car and paid a very reasonable price for it. I didn’t even care what color! I looked online constantly and the few I found, as far as Sarasota, slipped through my fingers. Ray was the only salesman, of the many I had spoken to, that continued to help me hunt and stayed in touch. When we found one online in Melbourne, he helped me secure it, transport it north, and even delivered it to me at my office one day after lunch. He was very patient, dedicated and steadfast; never tried to talk me into a different year or model. The guys at St Augustine really pulled together to help me obtain my ‘perfect new car’ (which is a beautiful Bronze with cream/chocolate leather interior) and I would highly recommend Ray to anyone on the market for their next car. Paul took the time to show me all the features that matched my requirements and also found a car for just a little more with twice as many features. He also took the time to explain a lot of the new features of the car that I had never seen before. There was never any pressure. I left and came back within an hour to purchase that car from Paul as I would hate for it to be gone if I waited. Everyone at Hyundai was very nice and friendly. It was a family type experience. We bought a used car from Leon Levit We had looked for a new or used car for a few days, and saw a vehicle on the Hyundai of St. Augustine web site, we called to see if the car was still We had looked for a new or used car for a few days, and saw a vehicle on the Hyundai of St. Augustine web site, we called to see if the car was still available, Leon checked the computer, but said he wanted to make sure it was still on the lot. He checked, called us back and told us it was. When we arrived a few hours later, Leon had already made sure the vehicle was cleaned and it was waiting for us at the entrance to the dealership. Leon was wonderful, gave us the facts, was not high pressure, listened to our concerns and got us an extended warranty for the used vehicle.
